Ray Colgan, while employed as a police officer with the Prince William County Police was on duty the morning of September 11th, 2001.  In this interview, Mr. Colgan tells the story of that fateful morning from the perspective of a law enforcement officer working for a jurisdiction in Northern Virginia less than 30 minutes from the Pentagon.
