Centennial Flower Ceremony , Vietnam War

As a member of the United States Army, Thomas "TC" Smith served his country during the Vietnam War.  He would serve again, this time as a civilian, during the Centennial Flower Ceremony at Arlington Cemetary that marked the 100th anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.  He was onen of the driving forces behind the event and it's planning.
